Sellers employ their own agents to protect and promote their interests, why shouldn’t you as a buyer have the same option? As a home buyer, if you do not hire your own agent, you will be working with agents who do not represent you. Remember – seller’s agents assist buyers, but owe 100% loyalty to the seller.
